Digital guides, delivered instantly

Our guides are PDF files delivered right after payment. Because a digital file can’t be returned once downloaded, all sales are final and we don’t offer refunds for change of mind.

Read before you buy

Each guide has a free sample with real pages from the guide, and its page describes the content, number of pages and references in detail. Please read them before you buy.

A file that doesn’t open

If your download link doesn’t work or the file is damaged, write to us at [email protected] at any time and we will send you a working copy.

Charged twice by mistake

If you bought the same guide twice by mistake, email us with both order details and we will refund the duplicate purchase.

Your legal rights

This policy does not limit the rights you have as a consumer under the law that applies to you. Section 6 of our terms of sale explains how the right of withdrawal applies to digital content.
